Theshowreel.tv, a division of FrilansagenturenSWE User Agreement
This Agreement is between Theshowreel.tv/FrilansagenturenSWE ("TheShowreel") and you ("you" or "User"), as a "Visitor" and "User" of TheShowreel, and governs the terms and conditions of your use of the TheShowreel website. This Agreement, together with any operating rules, policies, price schedules, or other supplemental documents expressly incorporated herein by reference and published from time to time by TheShowreel (collectively, the "User Agreement"), constitutes the entire agreement between TheShowreel and you , and supersedes all prior agreements between the parties regarding the subject matter of this Agreement. Any new features or tools which are added to the current service shall be also subject to the Terms of Service.

Disclaimer
TheShowreel does not warrant that our showreel website service will be error free or uninterrupted. Our services are distributed on an "as is" basis without warranties of any kind, either expressed or implied. TheShowreel will not be responsible for any losses, damages or costs that you and/or your business may suffer when using the website or service.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless TheShowreel from any claims resulting from your use of the website or service. You expressly agree that use of the website or service is at your sole risk. Neither TheShowreel nor its service providers, agents, licensors, employees shall have any liability for any damages suffered by you or any other party as a result of the use or misuse of the service.
General Conditions:
- We reserve the right to modify or terminate TheShowreel for any reason, without notice at any time.
- We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.
- Your use of TheShowreel is at your sole risk. TheShowreel is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without any warranty or condition, express, implied or statutory.
- TheShowreel does not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free.
- TheShowreel does not warrant that the results that may be obtained from the use of the service will be accurate or reliable.
- You understand that your Content (not including credit card information), may be transferred unencrypted and involve (a)transmissions over various networks; and (b) changes to conform and adapt to technical requirements of connecting networks or devices. Credit card information is always encrypted during transfer over networks.
- We may, but have no obligation to, remove content and accounts containing content that we determine in our sole discretion are unlawful, offensive, threatening, libelous, defamatory, pornographic, obscene or otherwise objectionable or violate any party's intellectual property or these Terms of Service.
- TheShowreel does not warrant that the quality of any products, services, information, or other material purchased or obtained by you through the service will meet your expectations, or that any errors in the Service will be corrected.
- You expressly understand and agree that TheShowreel shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential or exemplary damages, including but not limited to damages for loss of profits, goodwill, use, data or other intangible losses resulting from the use of or inability to use the service.
- In no event shall TheShowreel or our suppliers be liable for lost profits or any special, incidental or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with our site, our services or this agreement (however arising including negligence). You agree to indemnify and hold us and (as applicable) our parent, subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, directors, agents and employees harmless from any claim or demand, including reasonable attorney's fees made by any third party due to or arising out of your breach of this Agreement or the documents it incorporates by reference, or your violation of any law or the rights of a third party.
- Technical support is only provided to paying account holders and is only available via email.
- You agree not to reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell or exploit any portion of TheShowreel, use of TheShowreel, or access to TheShowreel without the express written permission by TheShowreel.
- Verbal or written abuse of any kind (including threats of abuse or retribution) of any TheShowreel customer, TheShowreel employee, member, or officer will result in immediate account termination.
- We do not claim any intellectual property rights over the material you provide to TheShowreel. All material you upload remains yours. You can remove your TheShowreel workspaces at any time by deleting your account. This will also remove all content you have stored on TheShowreel.
- By uploading images and item description content to TheShowreel, you agree to allow other internet users to view them and you agree to allow TheShowreel to display and store them and you agree that TheShowreel can, at any time, review all the content submitted by you.
- You retain ownership over all content that you submit to a TheShowreel account however, by making your workspace public or inviting others into your workspace, you agree to allow others to view your content.
Account Terms:
- You must be 13 years or older to use this Service.
- You must provide your full legal name, current address, a valid email address, and any other information needed in order to complete the signup process.
- You are responsible for keeping your password secure. TheShowreel cannot and will not be liable for any loss or damage from your failure to maintain the security of your account and password.
- You may not use TheShowreel service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose nor may you, in the use of TheShowreel, violate any laws in your jurisdiction (including but not limited to copyright laws) or the laws of a country in which you reside in.
- You are responsible for all activity and content (data, graphics, photos, links) uploaded under your TheShowreel account.
- You must not transmit any worms or viruses or any code of a destructive nature.
- A breach or violation of any of the Account Terms as determined in the sole discretion of TheShowreel will result in an immediate termination of your services.
- The Showreel ("we") collect the email addresses of those who communicate with us via email, aggregate information on what pages consumers access or visit, and information volunteered by the consumer, such as survey information and/or site registrations. The information we collect is used to improve the content of our web site and the quality of our service. We will transfer information about you if The Showreel, UtopiaPeople, or FrilansagenturenSWE is acquired by or merged with another company. In this event, we will notify you before information about you is transferred and becomes subject to a different privacy policy.
- You can at any time end your subscibtion with TheShowreel. Money paid will not be reinbursed.
- You must read, agree with and accept all of the terms and conditions contained in this User Agreement before you may become a member of TheShowreel.
Modifications to the Service and Prices:
- Prices for using TheShowreel are subject to change upon 14 days notice from TheShowreel. Such notice may be provided at any time by posting the changes to The Showreel site (www.theshowreel.tv) or via an announcement by email. It is yoursole responsibility to take part of this information.
- TheShowreel reserves the right at any time to time to modify or discontinue the service (or any part thereof) with or without notice.
- TheShowreel shall not be liable to you or to any third party for any modification, price change, suspension or discontinuance of the service.
- All prices are stated witout tax (VAT), and you are responsible for all issues regarding the report and payment of tax.

All showreel materials displayed on this site are for professional research and reference purposes only. The copyright remains the property of the copyright owner at all times and the material may not be reproduced in any form whatsoever without the owners consent.
TheShowreel accepts sound and vision materials from Customers on the basis that they are
free from any and all past, present, and future copyright claims and/or disputes.
Customers take full responsibility for the copyright clearance of all moving images, stills, and music presented on their web pages. They warrant that TheShowreel is not responsible for any third party claims and indemnify it from such.
